Yes, our Lexus IS200 / IS300 XE10 tail lights are listed for 1998-2005 first-generation IS models. But make sure to check if your car is actually the XE10 / first-generation IS200 or IS300, not a later IS250, IS350 or IS300H model.
Yes, you can mix smoked and clear Lexus IS200 / IS300 XE10 lighting parts because the tail lights, trunk lights and side indicators are sold as separate upgrades. Our lists smoked XE10 tail lights, and the trunk tail fog lights are available in Crystal Clear and Full Smoked finishes. Take note, if you choose one finish, you want the car to look clean and consistent. Pick smoked for a darker rear-end look, or crystal clear for a brighter Altezza-style finish. Mixing finishes can work, but it should be intentional, otherwise the rear lighting can look mismatched.
You can check the original headlight system before buying. A factory halogen Lexus IS250 / IS350 usually has a simpler bulb setup and does not use factory HID/Xenon ballasts or AFS-style control hardware. A factory HID/Xenon model will usually have Xenon-related components such as ballast wiring, HID bulb setup or headlight levelling/AFS features. Our Lexus IS250 / IS350 XE20 projector headlights are intended for factory halogen models only, so buyers should confirm the headlight type before purchase. Do not choose “IS250” or “IS350” alone, but check the existing headlight system first.
Look at the rear light assembly and count how the indicator section is arranged. A single indicator setup has one main indicator section per side, while a triple indicator setup uses a different multi-section indicator layout. Our Soarer / Lexus SC300 SC400 Altezza tail light fitment can depend on which indicator layout your car has and the easiest buyer check you can do is compare your existing tail lights to the product photos before ordering. If your car has the triple indicator version, confirm whether resistors or bulb changes are required so the indicators work correctly after installation.
You need the size that matches both the aftermarket wheel centre bore and the Lexus hub bore. The outer diameter of the ring must match the wheel’s centre bore, while the inner diameter must match the vehicle hub. For example, if the wheel centre bore is 73.1 mm and the Lexus hub is 60.1 mm, you need a 73.1 mm OD to 60.1 mm ID hub-centric ring. Remember, do not choose hub-centric rings by “Lexus” alone, it’s better to measure or confirm the wheel centre bore first, then confirm the Lexus hub size because the wrong size can leave the wheel off-centre, which may cause vibration even if the stud pattern is correct.
