ID Requirements for Local Pickup

Types of ID accepted (must be valid and current):

• - Australian photo driver licence or learner permit photo card.
• - Digital driver licence.
• - Marine licence photo card.
• - Firearms licence photo card.
• - Security Guard/Crowd Controller photo card.
• - Australian passport.
• - Certificate of identity issued by the Passport Office.
• - Convention travel document issued by the Passport Office.
• - Document of identity issued by the Passport Office (usually issued to travellers to Norfolk Island).
• - Australian police force officer photo identity card.
• - Consular photo identity card issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Types of supplementary proof of address accepted:

• - Australian rates or land valuation notice.
• - Utilities account or bank statement.
• - Mortgage papers, current lease or tenancy agreement.
• - Other evidence of current address from reputable organisation.
