All lighting products sold by Mars Performance do not come with instructions, templates or hardware unless specified.
All lighting products sold by Mars Performance must be bench-tested and made sure fully operational before involving any labour in the physical fitment, for lighting products that require the factory connectors for testing(ECU/BCM controlled), the test may be done with the factory connectors from the vehicle but the lights must not be physically fitted.
All lighting products sold by Mars Performance are not intended for DIY and may come with bare wires for hard-wiring; we do not accept any return/refund for results due to inadequate installation/test; some lights may come with inserts, trims or frames painted/chromed but are sold as unpainted(if these finishes are not acceptable by the customer, they may wish to re-paint them if necessary).
Primarily for headlights, all lighting products sold by Mars Performance, regardless of whether with levelling motors or without, will require manual levelling to a roadworthy standard before use on the road.
All lighting products sold by Mars Performance have bulb/globe/LED specs marked next to each bulb holder, non-compliant light sources(regardless of bulb/globe/LED or any other sort) may cause unrecoverable damages to the vehicle.
All lighting products sold by Mars Performance are test fitted and will physically fit as well as the original exterior standards, however, they may not line up in the way the original factory lights do, this is not considered a physical fitment issue and return or exchange is not available for this reason, for example, the greatest gap of exterior panels on a certain vehicle is 8mm, unless this vehicle has a unique exterior design(non-continuous panels or any other sort) around the lights which are making this physically impossible, our lighting product shall fit with gaps at or smaller than 8mm of the surrounding panel parts, they may have 3mm gap at the top and 4mm at the bottom while the factory lights may have 5mm at the top and 1mm at the bottom.
All lighting products sold by Mars Performance, as per the ADRs, are ventilated and are not fully sealed, they are intended for use at the IP54 rating level when fitted correctly and under normal road operation.
All lighting products sold by Mars Performance do not come with a warranty for physical damages including peeling/flaking/yellowing/dulling/fading/cracking lens covers etc.; lens issues are generally caused by exposure to elements and are considered as wear and tear, lens issues are not covered by the warranty, we highly recommend users to address any signs of starting of those immediately to avoid unrecoverable lens damages.
Customers should inspect their orders immediately upon delivery, missing/damaged parts/components must be reported within 24 hours* upon delivery, we are not liable for any claim on missing/damaged parts/components beyond this 24-hour window regardless of any postage insurance purchased.
Any associated costs regarding labour, or any other expenses incurred or associated with the purchase of part(s) are not covered by warranty.
*Pictures of parts received may be requested for missing part claims; if the claim is against damages, pictures of damaged parts must be presented within 24 hours of the delivery, and delivery time is subject to the courier's tracking information.
'Ready to ship' items are generally dispatched within THREE business days (NOT including weekends or holidays)from cleared payment, not including PRE-SALE ITEMS that we list from time to time.
Request for orders to be dispatched immediately, or less than the advertised THREE business day handling time, will not be accepted.
In rare cases, orders, warranty replacements and special orders may be dispatched from our overseas supplier, we will however notify you of such cases, in these situations, please allow more time for delivery.
Times for delivery will vary by region/country, buyers (the addressees) are liable for all customs duty/tax and charges at the destination region/country.
Mars Performance will use the appropriate transport carrier, at their discretion for orders according to the size, weight and service availability at the time of dispatch.
All orders require a signature on receipt of delivery, we do not take requests for orders to be left at the premises such as 'leave at the door if no one is home' or 'left behind at the back of the house/premises' etc.
Mars Performance is not liable for redelivery fees as a result of:
a) Purchasers not being present at the time of an attempted delivery; or
b) Purchasers' failure to pick up an item from the carrier upon being notified of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the carrier.
Website store customers will be able to track their orders online with the tracking information provided (via email or in the order history) once orders are dispatched; tracking numbers of eBay orders are uploaded to the relevant eBay orders upon dispatch, and eBay customers can check their order history for tracking their orders.
Where everything is made possible to ensure your delivery is dispatched promptly (currently THREE business days from cleared payment), we are however, not liable for transit delays, issues with couriers, natural disasters etc, that may occur and affect delivery times of your order (which will affect ETA delivery dates).
Mars Performance do not take responsibility for broken or lost items via transit. These incidents can occur but are rare, and we will do everything possible to assist you in the unfortunate event if it does.
When an order is paid via PayPal, the order will only sent to the verified address of the relevant PayPal account.
When an order is submitted and paid for, we can not accept any requests for change of address or product changes, such as colour, swapping for another model etc. In this case, upon the buyer's confirmation, we will refund the order and ask you to re-purchase with the correct address/product that you would like, providing that it is in stock at the time of listing.
Any Products returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
For any return, you must Email our Mars Performance staff and explain in detail, the reason for the return (attach any pictures if necessary/needed to show the issue/query, via service@marsperformance.com.au).
The next stage (if agreed by us to continue with a return) will be to obtain from us, a Return Merchandise Authority Number (RMA). We will then email your (RMA) number with our return address for the item(s) to be returned (in its original packaging and resaleable condition) with our return conditions.
You should also ensure that the contents are safely packed (as they were originally with original packaging) and/or add any extra packaging you deem necessary to prevent any damage to the product(s) once we receive it. We reserve the right to not refund your order and if necessary return your order to you at your cost for delivery, if we find that your order is returned to us damaged/or not in a (resale-able) condition or WITHOUT an RMA number. We may in some cases offer a partial refund that we deem appropriate depending on the condition of the returned item(s). We will contact you once your return arrives at our Warehouse and advise of any issues, or refund (if applicable).
All returned product(s) are to be posted back to Mars Performance by Australia Post (via regular parcel post with tracking) or depending on the product, a carrier that is suitable for the product you are returning. You MUST contact Mars Performance before any item(s) are returned/posted back to us, so that we may choose an appropriate carrier and service, where Mars Performance is responsible for paying for return postage costs.
For any items that are returned/posted back to Mars Performance without our consent and where the buyer has made their own choice of carrier service, Mars Performance will not be liable to pay the return postage. If the buyer also attempts to return/post any products back to us without any tracking and our consent, and the item is lost/missing during transit, we will not be responsible, and the buyer shall not receive a refund for any such return, regardless for the reason of return.
For any item(s) that are to be returned to us, we STRONGLY advise that they be insured for your protection and peace of mind if any issues should occur with your return. The return shipping cost will be at your expense, (except for orders that have been dispatched incorrectly by us), in these matters, we will bear the costs for the return postage.
We reserve the right to investigate, and test the Products (if at all possible) to establish the reason for the Products being defective. Defective Products will be replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery of the returned Products. For Products that are deemed not defective or returned due to incorrect ordering by the buyer, if the returned parts are in 'brand new' condition, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to your original order shipping (our cost to post the item(s) to you) & handling cost, plus 15% of that cost. You must include with your exchange/return your Return (RMA) or we will not process your return, we will not issue a refund for orders returned in less than 'brand new' condition.
Products, defective or not, that have been installed, used or operated or have been altered/modified in any way, (including products such as wheels fitted with tyres and not tested for fitment, including products that require painting, which are painted by the buyer, but not tested for fitment purposes before painting, including auto lighting products with altered wires, housings, lenses, bulb holders or caps) subject to misuse are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
Regardless of whether a freight charge was paid with the initial order, orders returned by or arranged by the initial freight carrier which were not signed for, not collected in time or incorrect/unaccessible addresses(subject to the Postal Address File/PAF) were left by the buyer are not eligible for free re-deliveries, in this type of cases, the customer can choose to make another payment to cover the re-delivery cost for a re-delivery or receive a refund with the initial freight and associated costs deducted.
The warranty does not cover physical damages, neither structural nor surface, our warranty is generally for built-in features of new aftermarket auto lighting products; free bulbs, car body parts and wheels/rims are not covered by warranty in any way.
Missing/damaged parts/components must be reported within 24 hours* upon the delivery, we are not liable for any claim on missing/damaged parts/components beyond this 24-hour window regardless of any postage insurance purchased.
All new aftermarket auto lighting products are covered with a 12-month limited conditional warranty provided by the manufacturer and apply to all new aftermarket auto lighting products unless otherwise stated at the time in the listing description.
Our liability, under all circumstances, will never exceed the original purchase cost of the part(s). Parts supplied by Mars Performance are intended for installation by qualified and experienced installers. The warranty will be void due to improper installation.
The warranty covers the replacement or repair(by Mars Performance) of the part(s) only, and does not cover any associated costs regarding labour, any other expenses incurred, physical damages or environmental damages.
If a claimed part is repairable or required for assessment to analyse the problem, the faulty/defective part(s) may be required to be returned to Mars Performance, in this case, the buyer will be responsible for any costs associated(labour for removing the part etc...) before the return of claimed part.
If a replacement part is not available or not repairable(to a matching condition of usage or newer) a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
Extra freight charges for sending replacement parts may apply when buyers move to an address different from the initial order's delivery address.

Customers outside Australia(and non-Australian-spec models): Customs import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
